Mohamed Mamdouh is a seasoned senior executive and Managing Director with an extensive career spanning over three decades in corporate governance, financial market regulations, and strategic business leadership. With a strong foundation in economic research, compliance, and financial oversight, he has played a critical role in shaping corporate policies and ensuring regulatory excellence within major financial institutions.
Prior to his leadership role, Mohamed held several senior positions at Egypt's Financial Regulatory Authority, including Director General of Corporate Governance, where he was instrumental in developing governance frameworks, enforcing financial regulations, and overseeing corporate compliance for businesses operating within the financial sector. His extensive experience in financial market operations, governance, and anti-money laundering policies has positioned him as a key expert in risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate strategy.

Mohamed holds a Law Degree from Cairo University and has completed specialized training in corporate governance, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance. He continues to drive organizational excellence and strategic growth in his current role as Managing Director.
